Official Gessi thermostatic cartridge guide to replacing the cartridge
Before this operation make sure the water network is off.
1 - Take the round flange away from the wall.
2 - Loosen the screws that fasten the shower column to the wall.
3 - Remove from the body the lower part of the thermostatic single-lever.
4 - Loosen the fastening screw of the handle and remove it from the thermostatic cartridge.
5 - Remove the plastic dial ring and unscrew the ring nut that fastens the thermostatic cartridge to the
body.
6 - Remove the cartridge from the body and do the replacement.
Before fitting up the new spare part, please check that the seat was clean of impurities or limestone, then
proceed in the opposite sequence keeping the common references.
Returns and Exchanges
All items supplied by Di Vapor are sold as brand new items unless otherwise stated. Any items that arrive faulty must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours. Any item deemed as faulty can be returned to us for an exchange, stock depended.
If a direct replacement is not available, an alternative will be offered. If we cannot fulfill your order with a replacement item, a full refund will be issued. All faulty items must to be returned to us complete with all original packaging along with a copy of your original invoice. All returns must be authorised by a member of the Di Vapor team before being returned.
Di Vapor operates a standard 7 day return policy for a refund. If the item is being returned for any reason other than misinformation in the original listing, you will be responsible for covering the returns costs. Once the item is received back, you will be refunded the item amount less postage.
